မာဒါးဂတ္စကားကၽြန္းအား တိုက္ခတ္ေတာ့မည့္ CAT4 စူပါဆိုင္ကလုန္းမုန္တိုင္း 12S

အိႏိၵယသမုဒၵရာေတာင္ပိုင္းတြင္ ေဖေဖၚဝါရီလ ၉ ရက္ေန႕မွ စတင္ျဖစ္ေပၚခဲ့သည့္ အပူပိုင္း မုန္တိုင္း 12S သည္ တျဖည္းျဖည္းပိုမိုအားေကာင္းလာၿပီး အိႏိၵယသမုဒၵရာေတာင္ပိုင္း၊ Madagascar ကၽြန္းအား ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္ မုန္တိုင္းရာသီတြင္ ပထမဦးဆံုး အဆင့္-၄ စူပါဆိုင္ကလုန္းမုန္တိုင္းႀကီးအျဖစ္ ဝင္ေရာက္တိုက္ခတ္ေတာ့မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

ဆိုင္ကလုန္းမုန္တိုင္းႀကီး GIOVANNA သည္ ေနာက္ဆံုးရရွိသည့္ အေျခအေနသတင္းမ်ားအရ မုန္တိုင္းဗဟိုတြင္ ေလတိုက္ႏွဳန္း တစ္နာရီ ၁၄၅ မိုင္မွ ၁၇၀ မိုင္ႏွဳန္းအထိရွိေသာ အလြန္ အားေကာင္းသည့္ ဆိုင္ကလုန္းမုန္တိုင္း အဆင့္သို႕ ေရာက္ရွိေနပါသည္။ မုန္တိုင္းအရြယ္အစားမွာ ခန္႕မွန္း အခ်င္း မိုင္ ၆၀၀ ခန္႕ရွိသည့္ အလြန္ႀကီးမားေသာ အရြယ္အစားျဖစ္ပါသည္။ မုန္တိုင္းဗဟိုတြင္ မုန္တိုင္း ဒီလွဳိင္းအျမင့္ ၂၈ ေပ အထိရွိမည္ဟု JTWC မွ သတိေပးထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္တြင္ ေဖၚျပထားၿပီး၊ Madagascar ကြန္းကို ျဖတ္ေက်ာ္တိုက္ခတ္ၿပီးသည့္အခါ မိုဇမ္ဘစ္ေရလက္ၾကားသို႕ ဆက္လက္ျဖတ္ေက်ာ္ကာ၊ အာဖရိကတိုက္ အေရွ႕ေတာင္ကမ္းေျခႏိုင္ငံျဖစ္သည့္  မိုဇမ္ဘစ္ႏိုင္ငံေတာင္ပိုင္းသို႕ ဝင္ေရာက္ဦးမည္ဟု ခန္႕မွန္းထားပါသည္။

    Very intense tropical cyclone Giovanna struck Madagascar at about 20:00 GMT on 13 February.
    Madagascar ကို အားအလြန္ေကာင္းတဲ့ ဆိုင္ကလုန္းမုန္တိုင္း GIOVANA တစ္နာရီ ၂၃၁ ကီလိုမီတာ(၁၄၃ မိုင္ႏွဳန္း)နဲ႕ ေဖေဖၚဝါရီလ ၁၄ ရက္ ျမန္မာစံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ နံနက္ ၂နာရီခြဲမွာ ဝင္ေရာက္တိုက္ခတ္သြားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းေတာ့ တက္လာပါၿပီ။

    ကုန္းတြင္းကို ျဖတ္ေက်ာ္တိုက္ခတ္စဥ္မွာ အဆင့္-၄(CAT-4) နဲ႕ ဝင္ေရာက္တိုက္ခတ္သြားေၾကာင္း၊ တခ်ဳိ႕ ကမ္းေျခနဲ႕ နီးတဲ့ ေဒသေတြမွာ ေျမျပင္အေနအထားက ပင္လယ္ေရမ်က္ႏွာျပင္အထက္ ၁၀ ေပခန္႕သာရွိတာေၾကာင့္ ေရလႊမ္းမိုးမႈ အႀကီးအက်ယ္ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္းလဲ ေဖၚျပထားတာေတြ႕ရပါတယ္။

    Very intense tropical cyclone Giovanna struck Madagascar at about 20:00 GMT on 13 February.Data supplied by theUS Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Centersuggest that the point of landfallwasnear19.0 S,49.6 E.Giovanna brought 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around231 km/h (143 mph).Wind gusts in the area mayhave beenconsiderably higher.

    According to the Saffir-Simpson damage scale the potential property damage and flooding from a storm ofGiovanna’sstrength (category 4)at landfall includes:

    Storm surge generally 4.0-5.5 metres (13-18 feet) above normal.
    Curtainwall failures with some complete roof structure failures on small residences.
    Shrubs, trees, and all signs are blown down.
    Complete destruction of mobile homes.
    Extensive damage to doors and windows.
    Low-lying escape routes may be cut by rising water 3-5 hours before arrival of the centre of the storm.
    Major damage to lower floors of structures near the shore.
    Terrain lower than 3 metres (10 feet) above sea level may be flooded requiring massive evacuation of residential areas as far inland as 10 km (6 miles).

    There is also the potential for flooding further inland due to heavy rain.

    ေရွ႕က တစ္လံုး(12S – GIOVANA) ကုန္းတြင္းဝင္ေနတုန္း ေနာက္က တစ္လံုး(13S – THIRTEEN)က လိုက္လာေနတာေတြ႕ရေတာ့ အာေရဗ်ပင္လယ္ေတာင္ပိုင္းက မာဒါးဂတ္စကား ကၽြန္းႏိုင္ငံလဲ ပစိဖိတ္သမုဒၵရာ အေနာက္ပိုင္း က ဖိလစ္ပိုင္ႏိုင္ငံလိုပဲ ျဖစ္ေနၿပီလို႕ေတာင္ ထင္ရပါတယ္။

    နဲနဲေတာ့ ေဝးေနေသးေပမဲ့ လမ္းေၾကာင္းကေတာ့ ေရွ႕က 12S ေနာက္ကို လိုက္မဲ့ ပံုပါဘဲ … သူကလဲ တျဖည္းျဖည္း အားေတာ့ ေကာင္းလာဦးမယ္လို႕ WUND က ၅ ရက္အတြက္ ႀကိဳတင္ ခန္႕မွန္းထားတဲ့ ပံုမွာ ေတြ႕ေနရပါတယ္။
